- Q: Who shall be checking my Mezuzot?
A: MezuzahMan uses the services of only "certified" Sofrim (scribes). Each and
every "Certified Sofer" is endorsed by leading Rabbinical Authorities as being
capable of producing high quality STAM items that are Kosher even according to
the highest standards. The endorsement states as well that the Sofer adheres
strictly to all the laws and Halachot required by each STAM item.

- Q: Are my Mezuzot 100% Kosher without the computer check?
A: Yes. A human check is sufficient to finalize the kosher status of your mezuzah..
The computer check is added as an extra assurance of Kashrut, enhancing the quality of
the check. However, while the computer is better than human checkers at locating mistakes
in the consonantal text-missing, garbled or extra words, it cannot substitute entirely
for expert human inspectors, who also locate fine breaks and joins between letters and
various other problems which the computer doesn't catch. Top
